CLEVELAND, Ohio - A Niles car dealer was sentenced to three years of probation in federal court Friday after pleading guilty to a conspiracy charge. The sentencing of 52-year-old Brian Votino took place before Judge Solomon Oliver, Jr. in the U.S. District Court.
Votino received a sentence that requires him to spend the first 60 days of his probation on home detention with electronic monitoring.
The judgment notes that this location monitoring will begin as soon as possible, but no later than 10 business days after the sentencing.
In addition to home detention, Votino must complete 160 hours of community service within 18 months.
