Hammond man faces maximum of 12 years for assisting in 2024 storefront killing, coke posession

CROWN POINT — A plea agreement filed Thursday in a 2024 homicide case shows a 32-year-old man could face a maximum of 12 years in prison for driving the shooter from the shooting scene outside a store in Gary’s Midtown neighborhood.
