NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Friday sought the response of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on a plea filed by former Tamil Nadu Minister V Senthilbalaji seeking relaxation of the stringent bail conditions imposed on him in the money laundering case linked to the alleged cash-for-jobs scam.

A bench of Justices Surya Kant and Joymalya Bagchi passed the order after hearing senior advocates Kapil Sibal and Narendra Hooda for Balaji, Zoheb Hossain for the ED, and senior advocate Gopal Sankaranarayanan for the complainant.
