ATLANTA — There's a rift between President Donald Trump and Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, who has been a key ally to the president.
The fallout is now unraveling online. In a lengthy Truth Social post on Friday, the president said he's withdrawing his support and endorsement for Greene. Trump claims the conservative has gone "far left," mentioning a recent interview on ABC's The View.
Last week during her TV interview, Greene called it embarrassing that the House — which is controlled by Republicans — was not in session for weeks during the then-lingering shutdown.
