LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) — Kentucky bounced back from Tuesday night’s loss with a 99–53 win over Eastern Illinois inside Rupp Arena on Friday night. The Wildcats won all three games in the BBN United Tip-Off Classic by 25 points or more.
Mo Dioubate led all Kentucky scorers with 20 points against the Panthers. He was one of six Wildcats to score in double figures. Dioubate also led Kentucky in rebounding with 11, securing his first double-double as a Wildcat. Jasper Johnson came off the bench to lead the team with seven assists.
