The inheritance battle surrounding Karisma Kapoor’s ex-husband, Sunjay Kapur’s estimated Rs 30,000-crore estate, appears to be intensifying . On Friday, the Delhi High Court remarked that it did not want the proceedings in the case, filed by actor Karisma Kapoor’s children against their stepmother, Priya Sachdev Kapur, to become “melodramatic”, as per a report by Bar and Bench.

Advocate Mahesh Jethmalani, appearing for Karisma Kapoor’s children, referred to the matrimonial decree under which Sunjay Kapur was required to pay for the children’s studies and other expenses.
