NEW ENGLAND grandma Sylvia Broderick is a TikTok sensation.
She has attracted 630,000 views on 13 videos, posted over just two months.
Snapped by her granddaughter Heidi Morris, the 88-year-old great-grandmother is shown sewing handmade napkins in her Moree shop, Sylvia's Fabrics.
"People pull me up in the street and say how much they enjoyed the videos, and I can't go to the supermarket without shoppers telling me, 'keep it up, keep it up'," Mrs Broderick told the Leader.
It all began on September 2, when Ms Morris took a video of "Mardi G" in her Heber Street shop, making the napkins and tending fabrics.
"I've always been fascinated by Mardi G's work ethic; it's been normal for us grandkids to have a working grandmother," Ms Morris said.
