Konkan Railway organised a Family Counselling Session at Madgaon on November 13, 2025 for the families of Loco Pilots, Train Managers, Pointsman, Frontline staff, critical for Train operations. The initiative sought to sensitise families about the demanding nature of these essential roles, where precision, alertness, and emotional stability are crucial to ensuring safe and smooth train operations.

The session emphasised the significance of mental well-being, family support, and a healthy work–life balance in enabling employees to perform their duties effectively and with focus.
