The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Saturday moved against former Union minister Raj Kumar Singh, suspending him from the party for what it described as repeated “anti-party” conduct. The decision comes just a day after the National Democratic Alliance’s comfortable victory in the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025.

A suspension letter issued from the state BJP headquarters stated that Singh’s recent statements had damaged the organisation and amounted to serious indiscipline. The former Minister of State has been given seven days to explain why he should not be expelled.
