Devon Conway will not be part of the Chennai Super Kings for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026, ending a notable three-year tenure with the franchise. The New Zealand opener, who joined CSK in 2022, quickly became a fan favourite due to his calm batting style and consistency. However, Chennai’s disappointing season in 2025 has prompted a major overhaul, with Rachin Ravindra reportedly also on his way out.
