Peterborough—Kawartha MPP Dave Smith met with residents and council members from the Township of Havelock to see the results of the Ontario Provincial Government’s grant to revitalize a community outdoor rink on Friday.

In 2023, a $145,000 grant was awarded through the provincial government’s Ontario Trillium Foundation, to be used for major repairs and expansions of the Cordova Mines Outdoor Rink at 3360 County Road 48.
