Former Bihar all-rounder Ashutosh Aman has said that Vaibhav Sooryavanshi can do for the state what MS Dhoni did for Jharkhand, after the latter blasted 144 runs off just 42 deliveries in the Rising Stars Asia Cup against the UAE on Friday, registering several records.

Sooryavanshi hit 15 sixes and 11 boundaries to score his 144 runs, while equalling Rishabh Pant’s feat of a 32-ball hundred in T20s.

Sooryavanshi’s knock powered India A to a massive total of 297/4 in 20 overs, as skipper Jitesh Sharma scored a 32-ball 83 as well.
