LIHUE — The annual partnership between The Garden Island Newspaper and The Zonta Club of Kauai Foundation is kicking off and celebrating its 35th year.
The organizations have teamed up to raise funds for people in the community in need of support through various non-profit agencies.
In 2024, it received $60,000 in donations. With the help of eight non-profit agencies providing stories of families and individuals that could use help during the holiday season, 162 children and 325 adults had a brighter Christmas and all through the generosity of many donors.
