Hyderabad: Polishing works on the Jagadananda Vimanam, the main tower above the sanctum sanctorum of the city’s popular shrine, Birla Mandir, have been completed as part of a larger restoration initiative ahead of the temple’s Golden Jubilee celebrations scheduled for February 2026.

The chemical restoration process involved meticulous attention to detail, with skilled artisans working tirelessly for two months to achieve the desired finish. The works formed part of a broader effort to preserve the temple’s architectural beauty.
