NEW YORK (WABC) -- The man accused of trying to confront acting New Jersey U.S. Attorney Alina Habba has been arrested, according to Attorney General Pam Bondi.
Bondi announced the arrest in a post on 'X' on Saturday morning without providing further details about the individual.
The suspect is alleged to have destroyed property in the New Jersey U.S. Attorney's office Wednesday night before fleeing the scene.
"No one will get away with threatening or intimidating our great US Attorneys or the destruction of their offices," Bondi said.
On Friday, the FBI identified the suspect as Keith Michael Lisa.
Authorities say Lisa attempted to enter the Peter W. Rodino Federal Building in Newark while in possession of a bat.
