JAMMU, NOVEMBER 15: The Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas was celebrated with enthusiasm at Panchayat Bhawan Jammu today as part of nationwide tributes being paid to tribal icon and freedom fighter Birsa Munda marking the 150th birth anniversary.

The programme witnessed the presence of DDC Chairman Bharat Bhushan as the chief guest. During the event, certificates were handed over to 50 beneficiaries of various key government schemes, by Rural Development, Animal Husbandry, Horticulture and other departments, reaffirming the government’s commitment towards the upliftment of tribal populations.
