17 passengers hurt after private bus loses control near steep slope in Palghar

At least 17 people were injured when a private bus (MH 14 BT 2341) met with an accident near Chauthyachi Wadi in Palghar District’s Jawhar area on Saturday morning. The incident occurred between 11.15 am and 11.30 am on the Jawhar–Aina route.

The bus was carrying 18 passengers at the time of the accident. Two of the passengers have sustained serious injuries and were shifted to a hospital in Nashik for immediate treatment. The remaining passengers received prompt medical attention on-site. Read More
