In a significant step towards fostering community development and youth empowerment, Odisha Hydro Power Corporation Ltd. (OHPC) has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the World Skill Center (WSC) in Bhubaneswar as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. This collaboration aims to equip 60 underprivileged youth from five key districts with cutting-edge, globally aligned skill training, addressing critical gaps in technical and service-sector competencies.

The initiative targets marginalized communities in Angul, Koraput, Kalahandi, Malkangiri, and Sambalpur—districts where OHPC’s hydro power units operate.
