Cabot Circus confirms Odeon Luxe will open at shopping centre in the new year View Image

The team behind a new cinema set to open at Cabot Circus have confirmed it will open early next year. The Odeon Luxe cinema will be on the site of the former Showcase Cinema at the top of the shopping centre in early 2026.

In a clip announcing the opening, Cabot Circus shared comments from people asking for a cinema, or suggesting the centre needs one.

The shopping centre announced: "Bristol we hear you. ODEON Luke is coming to Cabot Circus early 2026.

"Keep your eyes peeled for more updates," the comment concluded.

Odeon Luxe markets itself as a premium cinema experience, with full reclining seats and three times the amount of legroom as a standard cinema.
