A house in Owasco that sold for $380,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Cayuga County in the past week.

The county saw a total of 19 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $225,841, or $130 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 8 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $170K, single-family residence at 25 Smith St.

A sale has been finalized for a single-family home at 25 Smith St. in Moravia. The price was $169,950. The house was built in 1900 and the living area totals 2,214 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $77. The house features 5 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The deal was finalized on Oct. 17.
