At the recently held trailer launch of Tere Ishk Mein, Kriti Sanon opened up about the nuances of her character, Mukti, and the connection she felt with certain aspects of the role. She was joined by her co-star, Dhanush, who lauded the actress for her focused and dedicated approach towards her craft and this film.

Speaking candidly, Kriti shared, “There are some things that did connect, though a lot of things that Mukti does I wouldn’t do, but I think in the beginning, there is a certain purity, you know, she’s almost naive. Where she believes in good, she believes in the good in people."
