Spokane County Sheriff's Office deputies seek help in the investigation into a deadly crash that happened Friday night on N. Sullivan Road, north of Broadway Avenue, in Spokane Valley.

On November 14, 2025, at approximately 6:20 p.m., Spokane County Deputies responded to the report of a car versus pedestrian collision in the 800 block of N. Sullivan Road.

Initial information indicates that a vehicle, driven by 29-year-old Seth E. Schrammeck, was traveling south on Sullivan Road when he struck a woman as she attempted to cross the roadway. Despite efforts to save the victim’s life, she was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Traffic Unit Investigators responded to collect evidence, document the scene and continue the investigation.
