Dave Portnoy laughed off a ruthless jab about his 22-year age-gap relationship on Saturday. During Fox’s Big Noon Kickoff in Chicago, a fan held up a homemade sign at Wrigley Field that mocked him. The sign showed a photo of Portnoy graduating in 1999, and next to it, a picture labeled “Dave’s GF” that showed a sperm.

Portnoy saw the sign and as usual replied back. He posted a photo of it on X and joked, “Total f***ing lie. She was 1.”

The joke targeted his relationship with Camryn D’Aloia, who was first spotted with him at a Boston Celtics game in April 2024.
