The Buffalo Bills are hoping that an old friend can spark things in the passing game on Sunday when the team hosts the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

On Saturday, Buffalo announced the following roster moves and elevations, including an elevation for wide receiver Gabe Davis.

Signed WR Mecole Hardman from the practice squad.

Activated DT T.J. Sanders from injured reserve.

Released CB Brandon Codrington

Elevated WR Gabe Davis and TE Keleki Latu from the practice squad.

Davis is expected to step into an immediate role in the passing game, almost exactly one year to the day that he tore his meniscus as a member of the Jacksonville Jaguars. The veteran has been rehabbing the injury with Buffalo since signing with the practice squad in early September.
