Theft: Lorain Road

A Giant Eagle employee came to the police station at 4:15 p.m. on Nov. 1 to report a theft that happened earlier in the week.

A person of interest has been identified, according to a Fairview Park Department statement. The investigation is ongoing.

Disorderly conduct: Lorain Road

Officers at 4:40 p.m. on Nov. 2 responded to the area behind the Hibachi Steakhouse for a suspicious person.

A 41-year-old Fairview Park man was cited for disorderly conduct, according to a police department statement.
