A Palm Springs writer has sued Netflix and a group of Brazilian film producers over alleged copyright infringement regarding scripts he wrote for a limited series on the life of Formula One driver Ayrton Senna.
Writer Lauren Wild says in the lawsuit he conducted extensive research into Senna's life and filed a copyright in the United States based on scripts he produced for a movie and TV show. He allegedly discussed this research with film producers at Warner Brothers and the Brazilian film producer Fabiano Gullane.
