SPRINGFIELD, Tenn. (WSMV) - One person is injured and another is in custody after a head-on crash in Springfield, according to Smokey Barn News.

SBN reports that the crash happened on Memorial Boulevard at Bill Jones Industrial Drive. The crash blocked a portion of the road, but it should be reopened shortly.

One of the individuals involved in the crash was taken into custody by the Springfield Police Department. A second person was taken to an area hospital with unknown injuries.

No other details have been released at this time.
