Police are investigating a stabbing in Mattapan Saturday night.

Boston police say they responded to Fremont St at around 7:15 p.m. for a report of a person stabbed.

The victim was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Police say they are investigating and no arrests have been made at this time.
