COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) - Texas A&M defeated South Carolina 31-30 at Kyle Field in a comeback victory that left fans optimistic about the remainder of the season.
The first half left some fans concerned about the team’s performance. Texas A&M sophomore Kamryn Phillips described how fans were feeling inside the stadium.
“The energy was so low – we were all so defeated it was very stressful,” Phillips remarked.
Other fans remained confident in the team’s ability to recover. Texas A&M sophomore Sara Bustami said she was hopeful about the team finishing strong.
“We know that we’re a second half team, so I knew we could pull it off,” Bustami said.
