RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav's daughter, Rohini Acharya, who severed ties with the family and announced her exit from politics, blaming Tejashwi Yadav and his aides, said on Sunday that they tore her away from the family. She alleged that she was subjected to filthy abuses and even had a slipper raised against her in an attempt to hit her.

A day after the RJD was drubbed in the Bihar assembly polls, Acharya blamed two close aides of her brother Tejashwi Yadav -- Sanjay Yadav and Rameez -- for the debacle and said she was "quitting politics" and "disowning" her family.
