A balcony of a two-storey chawl collapsed in Maharashtra's Thane district. The unfortunate incident which happened at Thane trapped 30 residents who were later rescued, officials said on Sunday.
The Thane Municipal Corporation's disaster management cell chief, Yasin Tadvi, while informing about the incident, asserted that no one was injured and all the people trapped inside were safely evacuated by the authorities.
