A rare pink dolphin has been spotted swimming in Louisiana's brackish wasters within the Gulf Coast since 2007.

The animal, nicknamed "Pinky," is believed to be a bottlenose dolphin with albinism, which is a genetic condition that causes a lack in pigmentation and gives the dolphin a pinkish hue.
