Thanksgiving is a time to spend with loved ones over plates of homemade stuffing, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, and lots and lots of turkey.

But not everyone has this luxury.

Area catering companies strive to ease the stress of cooking on the holidays, while also helping those that might only need one Thanksgiving dinner plate.

Bradley East, owner of Libardo’s Catering Company in Point Place, has been catering for the holidays and other occasions for a decade, with this season being his last due to the rise in food costs. The owner explained this closing as a brief hiatus for the company, with hopes of reopening once he finds a new space to operate out of.
