A 33-year-old man was arrested Thursday in connection to a fatal shooting in West Garfield Park last month.
Dalwayne Howard, charged Saturday with first-degree murder and unlawful possession of a weapon, is accused of fatally shooting a 36-year-old man Oct. 6, according to Chicago police.
William Ingram was found shot several times inside a car around 4:30 p.m. Oct. 6 in the 0-100 block of North Kilbourne Avenue, Chicago police said.
Ingram was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital and pronounced dead at 5:15 p.m., according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
Howard was arrested in West Ridge Thursday afternoon. He was expected to make his first court appearance Sunday.
