LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — Las Vegas Metropolitan Police arrested a 35-year-old man in connection with an ‘improvised explosive device’ explosion that damaged a business near the Las Vegas Strip Thursday.
John Navarro was taken into custody Friday and booked into the Clark County Detention Center on multiple charges related to the Nov. 13 incident.
Investigation details
Police said the incident happened just after 2 a.m. on Thursday when two men dressed in black, one riding a scooter, arrived at the restaurant. One placed what police described as an “improvised explosive device” near Piero’s Italian Cuisine and appeared to light a fuse, police said.
