Aquinas has been second half masters this postseason. The Lil Irish might need more late game magic to claim its sixth state title.

In Saturday's semifinal against New Hartford, Aquinas scored two goals in six minutes in a 2-1 comeback win . That's on the heels of the Section V championship game two weeks ago, when the Lil Irish scored in the final minutes in a 1-0 victory.

Rye's resume is more one-sided. While the Garnets have three scoreless draws on their schedule, each of their 20 wins were decided multiple goals. That includes the 5-0 win over Section 2's Schalmont in Saturday's other semifinal.
