MINOT, N.D. (KMOT) - A year after opening its doors in the Magic City, “Do Eat” Asian Cuisine is celebrating its anniversary.
And they’re giving back in a big way.
Leadership with the restaurant is donating half of their sales on Nov. 17 to the Northern Plains Children’s Advocacy Foundation.
Manager Kiky Rizky said it’s not just their way of saying thanks to the community, but to support the younger generation.
“We always see children as our future. Kids are very, very important. They are the ones that will shape us in our future,” said Rizky.
But the road to success wasn’t easy.
Rizky said when they first opened last year, customers faced long waits and mixed-up orders.
He said they’ve learned a lot since then, and they’ve improved in their service and food quality.
