INDIANAPOLIS — President Donald Trump has issued a statement after it was announced that the Indiana Senate will not meet to vote on redistricting this year , calling out the Indiana governor and two state senators.

Trump posted a statement to Truth Social Saturday, Nov. 16 saying that he was "very disappointed" in the Indiana State Senate Republicans, specifically Senate President Rod Bray and State Senator Greg Goode, for not wanting to redistrict.

"Because of these two politically correct type 'gentlemen,' and a few others, they could be depriving Republicans of a Majority in the House, A VERY BIG DEAL! " Trump said in the post.

Trump went on to slam Gov. Mike Braun, saying he's "not working the way he should to get the necessary Votes."
