SHOSHONE COUNTY, Idaho — One woman is dead following a rollover crash in Shoshone County Saturday afternoon, according to the Idaho State Patrol (ISP).
ISP says a car with a man and a woman was driving westbound on I-90 near Milepost 40 when the man failed to make a left-hand curve, which resulted in the car leaving the road and rolling over.
Deputies say the 25-year-old woman from Missoula, Montana, was ejected from the car. Neither person was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
ISP says the woman was taken to a nearby hospital in an ambulance but later died.
Lanes were restricted to one lane for an hour after the crash for cleanup and reopened later for on-site investigation.
