The injuries to offensive starters keep piling up for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers left the game with a wrist injury, which brought in quarterback Mason Rudolph. Additionally, the Steelers lost their starting kick returner, Ke’Shawn Williams, to a concussion. Now, one of the Steelers’ running backs has left the game.
Jaylen Warren came up limping to begin the second half. The severity of the injury is unknown. He had a tremendous 34-yard run on the game’s first drive to set up the Kenneth Gainwell touchdown, but then was used sparingly, as the Steelers gave the majority of reps to Gainwell. With Warren out, Gainwell and rookie Kaleb Johnson will have to carry the load offensively in the run game.
