Jammu, Nov 16: The Jammu & Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) has embarked on a vigorous campaign to restore the erstwhile statehood of Jammu and Kashmir, with the launch of the “Ghar Ghar Dastak, Har Ghar Dastak” movement. The initiative was inaugurated today from Purani Mandi, Ward No. 11, Jammu East, where a large gathering of citizens and local leaders participated in an interactive programme. They called for the urgent restoration of full statehood and “democratic rights”.

JKPCC president Tariq Hameed Karra, who leads the movement, called upon the people and political leaders to voice their demand for the “restoration” of their constitutional and democratic rights.
