CLEVELAND, Ohio – L’Albatros Brasserie is holding a dinner featuring this year’s Beaujolais Nouveau.
Beaujolais Nouveau is a toast to the end of harvest. It’s the wine produced very soon after the annual fall harvest. It’s a simple fun wine meant to be enjoyed with friends and not aged. It’s a red wine made from Gamay, a lighter varietal.
L’Albatros traditionally features Beaujolais Nouveau in a tasting or dinner this time of year.
This year, the restaurant is offering a four-course dinner that will be available Thursday, Nov. 20, to Sunday, Nov. 23.
