LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - Higher humidity is on the way back to SWLA, but it will take until later this week for rain chances to return.

Fog looks to be an issue again on Monday for the morning commute. Areas of fog should dissipate in the morning, though there will be some clouds around during the day. High temperatures still should reach the low 80’s, and southerly winds will gust between 15-20 mph.

Little change to this pattern is likely through Wednesday. Rain chances will stay very low outside of maybe a stray shower.

Temperatures will remain above-normal and reach the low 80’s through Thursday at least. That’s also when we’ll see the next chance of rain, though how much rain we’ll see remains a big question.
