Lala Kent is still “numb” to her “nightmare” co-parenting situation with ex-fiancé Randall Emmett — despite it being nearly four years since they’ve split.

“It’s always a nightmare,” the reality TV star admitted to Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” hosts, Evan Real and Danny Murphy, at BravoCon 2025.

“I’m kind of numb to it at this point,” she added of co-parenting 4-year-old daughter Ocean with her ex. “We still communicate through an app. We still are parallel parenting.”

“There are times where it’s good, but I don’t hang on to those because they go by like that,” Kent confessed.

“Every time I look at Sosa I’m like, ‘Best decision I ever made, girl,'” she quipped, referring to her second child, whom she welcomed last year and conceived via sperm donor .
