The Daily Press caught up with Santa on Sunday as he travelled around the world to different parades.

Timmins residents may have noticed he spoke to the crowd using a microphone this year.

This, he said, was to be better heard over all the music, since the theme was “lights, music and magic.”

Santa liked how it inspired people to communicate with him more, and may do it again next year.

Santa took a few minutes out of his hectic schedule on Sunday.
