CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders started the second half of the Browns/Ravens game.
Browns’ QB Dillon Gabriel did not come out onto the field to start the second half, and is being evaluated for a concussion. He has been ruled out for the remainder of the game.
Gabriel has made six starts for the Browns this season, he’s thrown seven touchdowns and two interceptions with a 58.6 completion percentage.
Prior to exiting the game, Gabriel was 7/10 for 68 yards.
Sanders was elevated to backup QB when the Browns traded Joe Flacco to the Bengals.
Sanders played in two preseason games, throwing for 152 yards and two touchdowns.
