INDIANAPOLIS — IMPD is investigating a shooting that happened Sunday afternoon on the near northwest side of Indianapolis.
According to IMPD, around 5:49 p.m. on Nov. 16, officers were called to the 1100 block of West 35th Street , which is near Clifton Street and Interstate 65, on a report of a person shot.
When officers arrived, they found one person with gunshot wounds. They were said to be "awake and breathing" in stable condition.
An officer told 13News that the shooting did not happen at their dispatched location, but they did find the victim at the scene.
