Oh, the weekend is here again. Where does time fly anyway? Faster than any storms we have had lately for sure. Thursday’s storm was a dud, as we expected, with most of the energy headed south of us.
The weather pattern continues the same with a large trough of low pressure off the West Coast, but the main circulation is driving most of the precipitation into California. We get leftovers. So, showers at times over the weekend and into next week. No heavy rain, no strong winds, no flooding. Lots of gray, dribbles and fog at times.
Cool weather is still on tap for next week with highs trending below average and lower snow levels. However, forecast charts indicate moisture will be on the light side. There is a chance of rain each day next week and only small amounts of snow in the mountains.
