Chicago police on Sunday issued an alert about a recent string of burglaries targeting businesses across the city.
At least 10 businesses have been hit by burglars since Nov. 5, authorities said. In each case, two to four burglars broke the glass door with a crowbar before stealing items and getting away in a stolen gray Infiniti sedan, police stated.
One of the most recent incidents happened Saturday morning at Tony's Deli in Edison Park and was partially captured on surveillance video. The owner told NBC Chicago the burglars pointed a gun when he walked in on them tearing apart the cash registers.
As of Sunday evening, police had yet to make any arrests.
