The Green Bay Packers need Josh Jacobs if they want a chance to make some noise in the postseason. The injury bug was hungry on Sunday, and Jacobs was the latest victim.

After Jordan Love went down for a few plays, the Cheeseheads also saw their starting running back depart on Nov. 16.

Jacobs, who had the chance to sign with the Chiefs, was ruled out of Green Bay’s clash with the New York Giants after sustaining a knee injury during the first half of the game.

The running back was previously in the medical tent in the first half, but later returned. He then departed again after a goal-line drive that ended with a Packers touchdown.

Luckily, the news after the game would be so much better.
